but you could fire up Windows and grab a copy of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing
somewhere. I don't know where you'd get that but I'm sure its possible to dl
some earlier versions. I touch type already but I did it the hard way in the
days of typing excercise books and real typewriters.

your best bet is probably to search one of the shareware archives for a
(ancient) dos proggie of which there are many & un it under dosemu.
