<rolls eyes> That's within the house, which probably means what, 100ft? Using
Phone cables for LAN stuff isn't new, just ask some old Mac owners, and
"up to 1Mbit" (which presumably implies 'with a following wind and a lot of
luck') is not 45Mbits by any stretch of the imagination. Looking at the site,
I'm seeing an awful lot of hand-waving and chalk/cheese comparison...
