Yep, that's browser elections. I don't have access to the DNS. Plus the
DHCP aspect makes DNS useless (no DynDNS).
WINS fills a need; AFAIK without it you cannot have cross-subnet browsing.
Oh well. I'll just change the hostname and not shut it down again.
