[CLUG] Star Office problem

[CLUG] Star Office problem

Peter Flynn peter at silmaril.ie
Sun Jan 9 02:17:38 GMT 2000

I got a copy of Star Office 5.1 which Sun were handing out at the XML
Conference, so I just installed it under RH5.2. Very nice, but when I
try New Mail, it says I need an outbox first, which is fair enough --
but it does not identify anywhere that I can do this and it is
grotesquely non-obvious (ie it's not in any of the menus or configs). I
have done the usual mail config stuff with smtp and pop server names,
but nowhere does it say how to set up this outbox. Even the help says I
need the outbox, and then fails spectacularly to say how to set it up!
This is nearly as bad as Windows!
