Subject: [CLUG] Info on Irish Multichannel

Cork, er Irish Multichannel sent me some junk mail hinting that they'll
be offering a cable modem service at some point as part of their move to
digital. Does anyone know more about it? One would hope that it is an
unrestricted direct connection to the Internet with no nonsense about
blocking ports, running web servers etc.

Ironically their junk mail was adorned with cowboys which is a very apt
description for Irish Multichannel :)
