[CLUG] Mouse Problem

[CLUG] Mouse Problem

Bligh Swift bligh at oceanfree.net

I'm having a problem with my mouse in Gnome under RH6.1
I've tried changing the Protocol from Microsoft to PS/2 and then to Auto in
the XF86Config file.
I'm sure it's a PS/2 mouse - it's an old Gateway P66 I'm using.
The Device is set to /dev/mouse in the XF86Config file which seems correct
to me.
I've even tried using a different mouse but nothing works.
I just see the arrow in the middle of the screen.

Any suggestions ?
