[CLUG] Hello, Redhat? Hello?

[CLUG] Hello, Redhat? Hello?

Thor nolen at redhat.com

Okay my first question is where did this message get sent to? Did this go
through the Support ticketing system? Mailed to a list or to ??? I need to
know to follow up on it.

My second is have you been able to resolve this problem?

Although I no longer work in that group I do know all of the chiefs there and
can pass his along. We want to provide excellent customer service and excellent
customer support. Feed back like this will help us work the bugs out of that
process.

Cheers,

Thor
