Hi,

I'm posting in a bid to stop the next post to this list being something
about the Metropole :)

Have to say that I'm very disappointed with the new Linux mag from Future
Publishing. And it's not just the price that's got me.
Their mistake, I think, is that they've been boxed into just one subject so
as not to compete with Future's other titles.
How about a 'Smart Computer User', or a 'More than just Windows', or 'Neat
stuff for ha><orz monthly'?

any ideas?

Also, re: the Metropole. If someone could post a brief synopsis of anything
relevant to the community here, that would be a step towards a brighter
future etc, etc. It's just that this list feels like half a conversation at
the moment - to hear the rest, you've got to go t'pub.
