The only place I've ever seen the term "pc104" is in regard to
Windows-key US keyboards. Apparently that is not what this PC104
means. Perhaps it is yet another Microsoft "specification" designed
to eliminate "legacy hardware" that their programmers are too
incompetent to write adequate drivers for?
