[CLUG] Surf NoLimits 3 hour limitation

A buddy of mine rang up esat today and basically blew them out of it because of this whole 3 hour limitation thing and the fact that they signed a contract for unlimited time when they subscribed to the service. Eventually he was put through to the head guy at esat who said they'd send out something to prevent him from being disconnected. 

This is all i know yet i don't know if he actually will NOT be disconnected or not.. we can only wait 'n see.. if it works i'll let you know but in the mean time get grumpy and hit the phones!
