Do you mean that a form variable arrives in your CGI environment with
a newline at the end? It would be unlike Apache (I assume that's what
you're using) to do something this silly, but I can't imagine what bit
of the OS would be responsible.

7.0 has lotsa bugs from what I see. 7.1 looks much better, but I haven't
tested this bit of it yet.
