This isn't so. I cut the Mandrake Install and Extension CDs from the
PCPlus DVD last night and ran them on my laptop. The installation asked
me if I had the second CD at the start, I said yes and it pretty much
took everything from there, prompting me to insert the second CD when
necessary. I only ran into one problem when it complained that xemacs
conflicted with emacs and wouldn't install it but I sorted that out
afterwards.
I have it up and running now and it seems very nice, though I think they
still aren't paying enough attention to usability.
