When I was in the point of sale game we used machines from a crowd in the UK
called DigiPos. Bear in mind that these machines are both horrendously
under-specced and over-priced but they do seem to have the other features
that you asked for...

They use them to make those "internet in a box" thingies for
Networks.CX.
I dunno if it had a CD Rom, but you can always do an FTP install from
another box or a network install. I think Donncha had one?!?
