Like most people I got my letter from Esat yesterday.
I'm writing back, understanding their viewpoint, but suggesting a
meeting between Esat and power users (aka us :-) ... I think they
don't realise there are some people using No Limits who could be
strong advocates for Esat (against other telcos :-) and they might
consider providing a service targeted at people like us rather than
the poxy IOL Gold.
