Users: lp news games gopher possibly named unless your running DNS services.

Groups: disk, lp news games gopher named floppy pppusers slipusers and maybe 
slocate.

Anything else you'll have to go to a higher power (i.e. Peter or Donncha ).

Course you shouldn't be running RedHat at all ;-)
