Hmm sounds like the man wants to learn PHP :)
Yep php is cool pretty much do anything with it. Sites to check out are
www.php.net and www.phpbuilder.com. Pretty much available on all
platforms too.

I'm sure everybody will have different optinions on this but...

what would you guys reccomend when it comes to scripting languages?  I'm
thinking of learning one for the fun of it and to do some fiddling with
online databases for websites (dynamically generated webpages and all
that jazz).  What would you guys recommend I use, given that there are a
few options.
