You can get the Win2k loader to load LILO off the first sector of the
partition Linux is installed on. The Win2k loader is on the MBR of the
second disk (make it the first disk so the BIOS boots from it..)
I posted a mail here a while back on some of this. (check the archive,
say around June or before)
