Well I like emacs but I hate how bloated and fat it is. XEmacs is much
better than emacs, especially in X but if you want something fast and
emacs-like then check out jed.
Personally I'd rather use a decent GUI WYSIWYG programmers editor like
the one in MS DevStudio but they're rather hard to find on Linux. Anyone
know of a good one?
