Easons, Waterstones and that place around the back of Probys Bistro near 
St Finbarrs sell certification books too. I'm sure I've seen an RHCE 
book in Easons though I've never had reason to pick it up.

The RHCE faq indicates your certificate is only valid for two major 
releases of Red Hat Linux. It may be worth waiting for RH 8.0 to appear 
if that is the case.
