Antefacto cuts all staff and shuts down
Irish company Antefacto has ceased trading as of Monday and will seek
voluntary liquidation immediately, ElectricNews.Net has learned.
The firm, which makes server management systems, said on Monday that all 12
of its employees, including Chief Executive Officer Fergal Murray, would
lose their jobs as a result of the closure. Speaking to ElectricNews.Net,
Murray blamed the demise of the firm on "extremely poor" market conditions.
