Well - in increasing order of desirability - 

m105	- $149
Single expansion slot

m125/130 - $199/$279
Both are 8Mb 
Both have dual expansion
125 is grayscale and takes batteries
135 is color and rechargable

m500 - $299
Dual expansion
Rechargable
Grayscale
8Mb

m515 - $399
Replaces m505
16MB
Rechargable
Color screen

The main differences now between this range and the old III/V range - is
the addition of the SD expansion slots and they have all standardised
now on a Universal Connector - so one cradle fits all.

I use an m515 and if you have the cash it's fairly hard to beat.
