that we have three years to get our point across now. It'll be tricky with
Fianna Fáil though - assuming they remain in Government - they're pretty
susceptible to pressure from corporations.

It's a Peruvian Congressman's reply to arguments against a Bill introduced
to mandate Open Source software by the State, /without/ actually mandating
the software (open standards, etc). He essentially tore Microsoft's
arguments apart, which is what I would like to see here.
