They should be starting trials on this exchange in the next week or

They were supposed to install in my house 3 weeks ago, but some problems
with the local authority have delayed them another month. That's their
excuse anyway.
I've heard that esat are not planning on implementing a download limit.
Does anyone know if this is true or not?
