Tell me, is there a "standard" for usernames? I'm setting up a test system
in here, however I want it to scale as I'll be migrating it to a larger
system later. On my own machines, I use the first letter of the first name
and the surname (abeecher), however there's very few users on those
machines -- there'll be 800-1000 users on the new system. Standard email
addresses in here are firstname.lastname, so obviously that would be the
ideal to avoid having to remap, but will the period cause hassle? Any other
suggestions or resources?
