You'll have to poke at the headers :P
For Mailman lists I usually use the "List-Id:" header.
For this list it contains the following:
List-Id: Cork Linux Users Group <cork.linux.ie>
Much better than using the subject to filter on.
I have to admit, I use the filters in my email client for putting stuff into
folders and only use procmail for spamassassin and otrher things.
