Excuse my ignorance, but what is the current state of ISP's in Russia and
how does Communism affect services and offerings?

	UTV may probably provide a formal letter or similar to give
Eircom..I dunno really :(

Just for change. Ireland differs from Russia in many ways. But in some
ways they are same. In particuler, everywhere ISPs want to make money on
you:)
