When you say hosting, do you mean plans or servers? I'm not aware of any
companies doing plans on servers based in Cork. Strencom in Penrose Wharf
will host servers for you, but their pricing isn't competitive, so the only
reason to co-locate with them is if you absolutely need to be in Cork.
There's a datacentre in the NSC, but I'm not sure if they host there.

Hosting outside of Cork pretty much means Dublin, but you'd need to be more
specific about what you need.
