[CLUG] completely off topic - tv card

Anybody here ever use a MSI TV at Anywhere tv card?
Just got one - I can get the FM radio working fine but
not the TV - And thats in Windows....
I am using an indoor antenna rather than a socket from
a wall so the picture wouldnt be clear - But the tuner software is not picking up anything.
Thats hardly due to the fact that it would need a perfect signal to tune (I dont think so anyway).
Anybody got any thoughts or experience with TV cards?
