Post-work doesn't work for me anyway. 8-9pm is usually OK, but
as there's been zero mail since the proposal at 10 this morning,
I assumed everyone was busy/drunk/asleep/deafened :-)

Fighting your way through the kids to get served isn't my idea
of an evening, but surely there must be some place where you can
get a decent pint without the hassle -- or am I being ageist?
(I'm still waiting to leave my teens anyway -- no-one told me
the 60s had finished :-)
