Not sure about the second part of Ski's "claim", but I've seen lots of
reports of resolution problems on Boards.ie and the Open mailing list -- you
can't search Open (unless you've got an archive) but you could search Boards
for "evidence" if that's the kind of thing you're into. Their DNS doesn't
seem to fail entirely, but they do seem to lose chunks of the Internet quite
regularly. (UTV had a proxy issue that caused major problems for a few
particular sites - eBay, Boards - but these seem to have been resolved now.
Never affected me either way. Good to note on Boards that the issues some
have been experiencing appear to have disappeared btw.)
