I can only tell you what I have experienced here. Several times
in the recent past, I have not been able to resolve URLs using
Eircom's DNS. The problem could always be solved by using a
different DNS. I am not the only one having problems with
Eircom's DNS, I know several local people who have had similar
problems. Some of the good folk on ie.comp (there are a few, really!)
are also having DNS problems with Eircom. I'm using one of Eircom's
semi-flat-rate packages with a dial-up 56K modem.
Everything has been ok for the last few days. Hopefully it
has been sorted out.
