I'm buying a house in Blarney and I checked the house phone number for
DSL availability but it unfortunately failed.
I see they have a "broadband trigger program", and it reports that "We
plan to broadband enable your town"
"Your town is planned to be enabled for broadband by mid '04. Once it is
enabled we will let you know, so that you can then select a supplier to
provide you with broadband."
Is this prediction any way reliable? Or is asking this like asking, "how
long is a piece of string?"
