[CLUG] [OT] DSL in Blarney

We've tested around 7KM or so (Mayfield to carrigloe) but that was optimal
conditions (hilltop to hilltop). We see less with the clutter of buildings
around the city.

As you say, the problem is shooting the signal from the school up the valley
or to a convenient hilltop. The most useful resource you have there is
probably the Principal, if anyone's going to know who to "talk to" it will
be her/him.

And if it's to help the kiddies in the school you should have no problem
even getting a crusty old farmer to let us erect an antenna on his cowshed,
especially if it's the Principal who's asking.
