I'd assume you'd still want the hostname and time, so 

change

SmtpGreetingMessage=$j Sendmail $v/$Z; $b
to
SmtpGreetingMessage=$j $b

There is no real valid reason to do this, to be honest, it's
not going to stop worms at all, and any attacker will probably
not been thrown off too much by this...but it's your choice.
