Sorry Sergey, I had to go out shortly after replying to your message.

The reason I asked is that if you can afford a bit more, you could try the
EsatBT Business route. EsatBT Business DNS is an unbundled service, and the
last time I talked to ComReg (some time ago, truth be told) they told me
that Eircom are required to unencumber lines before they provide them to
EsatBT. So if there are any pair gains on your line, they'll have to strip
it before EsatBT test it. 

As to the "bit more", I honestly don't know the price, but apparently they
have dropped their prices a little recently.

Might be worth a shot giving them a ring and asking for details.
