I think he has a point on most subjects. I do feel on reading the article
that he's a bit thick, that he's not making enough of an effort, but of
course that's most computer users right there. It should "just work", as Jim
Allchin's being saying of late. It doesn't.
That being said, I do end up asking myself at the end: Why is this guy
writing for the Inq?
