I have some Ubuntu Linux CDs if anyone wants one, for various platforms: x86
(9), PowerPC (2), AMD64/EM64T (2). (The x86 edition comes with both a LiveCD
and install cd.) Ubuntu is a desktop-oriented Debian & Gnome based distro,
the brainchild of Mark Shuttleworth, former owner of Thawte and
second-fiddle to Denis Tito.
