I'll give as much time as I can afford to this (for the time being
anyway), just to get the ball rolling. The netfilter / arpfilter here
won't be rocket science anyway.
Is there a "home" for this project yet? I'm sure Adam has some good
suggestions. T'would be nice to continue on from Peter's email, and put
together a proper with list / feature list for people to contribute to and
discuss.
