Yes, Putty can tunnel alright.  However, I can't make it do NTLM
authentication to the Microsoft Proxy server in here.  I have a Python app
called aps098 that acts as a forwarder to an NTLM -based proxy and handles
authentication, and I am almost desperate enough to try making that work
on my windows box here.
