Tried getting a tourism grant from Failte Ireland?? You could probably do it
something along the lines of :

New Hi Tech leaning tower created in Cork's Silicon valley only a stones
throw from Blarney.

Or if your down Rochestown road(the side without the money on)

New HI Tech leaning tower created in wildlife sanctuary,  local wildlife
flock when they see shiney objects not to be missed!

Have fun getting them tourists, maybe a better idea is to go to
www.cpconline.ie as they do a fantasic little gadget, its a hopper thing
that uses the cake box for the hopper and just dispenses the CD/DVD one at a
time from that.
