if you look at /usr/share/enlightenment/config/control.cfg - it has
lots of lower-level (such as mouse clicks etc - everything else is in
/usr/share/enlightenment/themes/kenn's_theme(clean)

the /usr/share/enlightenment/config/control.cfg file says that you can
override everything in setup.c there, but you have to get the source to
be able to do that - I'm downloading that now, and I'll mail it to you
in a few mins.
