Apparently, redbrick's mail is configured to leave unqualified local
mail alone, ie. to not rewrite the headers. The reason may be that
the MTA is configured to shurtcut local delivery.
I'd suggest to use FEATURE(`domaintable') on minbar. Although
I never tried this with not-fully qualified domains, it should work.
$ cd /etc
$ cat domaintable
redbrick redbrick.dcu.ie
$ /usr/sbin/makemap hash domaintable <domaintable
