Not really, the _current_ version is 0.2, but I think 0.3 is due soon,
(it's what the stable Debian/HURD will be).
It seems to have been merged with debian to become one project now. The 0.2
release runs at ~75Mb gzip'd, and it doesn't run Xservers well etc etc.
