After reading the review of Caldera 2.2 I have one major reservation
about the system - they hacked ldconfig to support libc5 and 6 together.
This explanation is of course simplified but I'm wondering if anyone has
any notions about what could go wrong with the hacked ldconfig. Would
compiling be a little eccentric on the system or would make link with
libc6 by default?
Still, licencing PQMagic is the right way to go. Excellent software.
Donncha.
