we won't know about price until they tell us, but it works over a
bog-standard phone line, so it has to be as reasonable as ISDN really,
insofar as the pricing of ISDN is reasonable. i think the line rental (~20)
for ISDN is too much.
the speed is dependant on the provider. i think there's a site at adsl.com.
