But really, how many home users would be going on-line for any length of
time at peak rate anyway? No change to the off-peak rates, I suppose?

Great eh, 'under 50p an hour' sounds a lot better than '44p an hour' all
right, doesn't it?  Under 50p sounds like you're gettung a bargain.
