hot yes, bad smelling depends on wheather I was out the previous night

Has anyone any recommendations(sp) (prices suppliers) for this type of
equipment, preferably of the small/portable variety. as my wee room is
at the moment being cooled by means of a free-standing fan & an open
door (& I'd prefer if I could keep the door shut).
