I use leafnode, I can't remember if there's a RedHat rpm for it, but you
can compile it up (freshmeat.net is your friend as per usual).
You will want to change the news server to news.tinet.ie, but after that
it's all plain sailing.. just be aware that lots of groups means lots of
downloading, and tinet don't seem to have the faster news server.
