 Visual Slickedit does kick arse. I now have it working just like Vim, only
I can't get the fucker to let me "select text, then delete the selection
with x". I have to use "shift-del" instead.

 BTW, anyone know how to change colours in recent versions of gvim ? It
doesn't listen to the vim*foreground type things in .Xdefaults...
