NT is a network operating system (at least in most people's minds),
yet to get C2 certification it has to have networking, OS/2 subsystem, and
POSIX subsystems turned off.
And will that bootdisk work with NTFS and not screw it up (given that 2.2
still claims that NTFS writing is experimental alpha)
